Extreme Game Truck Syracuse Raffle – Official Rules & Terms

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning beyond the bonus entries specifically outlined below.

Eligibility

  • Open to individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Employees, immediate family members, and representatives of Extreme Game Truck Syracuse may enter but are not eligible to win.

 

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted during the CAC Bike Rodeo & Family Fun Day event on June 13th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fulton War Memorial.

 

How to Enter

  • Complete all required fields on the raffle entry form to receive one (1) raffle entry.

  • Limit one standard entry per person.

  • Participants who purchase an official EGT T-shirt or plush toy during the event will receive two (2) additional raffle entries per qualifying purchase.

  • Bonus entries must be claimed at the time of purchase.

 

Prizes

1st Place Prize

  • $75 discount toward a future 2-hour Extreme Game Truck Syracuse party booking.

2nd Place Prize

  • $25 Amazon Gift Card.

 

Prize Conditions

  • The $75 party discount:

    • Must be used on a new 2-hour booking with Extreme Game Truck Syracuse.

    • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by EGT.

    • Expires 12 months from the raffle drawing date.

  • The Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.

 

Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

  • The drawing will take place at the conclusion of the event.

  • Winners will be announced during the event and contacted via the phone number and/or email address provided on the entry form.

 

Notification

  • If a winner is not present at the time of the drawing, EGT will attempt to contact the winner using the provided contact information.

  • If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, EGT reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

Privacy

By entering, participants consent to EGT collecting and using the information provided for raffle administration, winner notification, and future marketing communications. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

 

General Conditions

  • EGT reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or violates these rules.

  • EGT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond its control affect the administration, security, or fairness of the raffle.

  • All decisions made by EGT regarding the raffle are final.

 

Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Extreme Game Truck Syracuse, event organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance/use of any prize.

Void where prohibited by law.
